So....it was a fairly tramautic week at the Wunderlich house. One of our beloved chickens, Laverne, passed away. Shirley will miss her greatly, and Attaboy will not be allowed in the backyard again without his fence collar on! Poor Laverne...hopefully she's in a better place with fields of bugs to eat and no scary dogs to chase her. We will miss her.....but we're already working on finding a replacement (we love our eggs!) Here are some pictures of Laverne and Shirley frolicking in the backyard before the horrible accident happened :(
