After the Farmer's Market I realized that I needed to build up my birthday card supply, so I used the new Embellish colour challenge to make one. What a daunting colour challenge! Orange and Turquoise, yowza! Plus ric-rac! I'm not quite sure I made it work. I think I would have liked this card better if I had left out the ric-rac or used it in another way:) Ah well, maybe someone will like it:)
Supplies:
-bermuda bay, whisper white and crumb cake cardstock
-chocolate chip satin ribbon
-chocolate chip, pumpkin pie, and bermuda bay ink
-white ric-rac
-corner rounder
-stampin dimensionals
thanks for stopping by!

I do like your card! Very much! And I think the ric rac adds a fun touch to this very pretty and balanced layout (I like what you've done with the sketch, too!). I really like your floral image and how that bottom flower just "tops off" your sentiment. I wouldn't change a thing...very nice!!
This is beautiful. Those paper-pieced flowers are divine!
I like it! The flowers popped are FAB!
thanks ladies!
You rocked the colors! Love the ric rac layered over the ribbon-one of my favorite looks :)
Just gorgeous, love your use of the ric rac! So glad you could join us in the Embellish challenge.
Love the flowers! Thanks so much for taking on an Embellish challenge.
