Wowzers! Embellish magazine chose my mother's day card as one of their top choices for their last challenge. I didn't win the challenge, but I'm so stoked! I know mom loved it, but it's so much fun when other card-makers like it too:) This is the first time one of my cards has been chosen as a favourite for a challenge. Yay! Anyways, enough tooting my own horn, here's a card I made for the current Card Patterns sketch challenge.
I used my new favourite technique for this card: emboss resist! But my sponging could have been better:)
Supplies:
-whisper white, not quite navy, and night of navy cardstock
-Bella Bleu DSP
-scalloped edge punch
-night of navy grosgrain ribbon
-versamark, clear embossing powder
-not quite navy and night of navy ink
-"Kind and Caring Thoughts" and "Happy Moments" stamp sets
thanks for stopping by!
Jenna
